“Good job, Mr. Feliciano!”

Mr. Feliciano came to Creekside Terrace after an extensive hospitalization leaving him weakened and dependent on caregivers with day-to-day needs. At admission, Mr. Feliciano relied on our dedicated staff for day-to-day tasks and was walking short distances with assistance.

The dedicated therapy and nursing team at Creekside Terrace created a custom treatment plan focusing on strengthening, balance, and strategies to increase his independence.

We are excited to share Mr. Feliciano’s hard work has paid off.  He is now walking over 150 feet with a rolling walker, managing transfers without assistance, and completing day-to-day tasks with very little help from caregivers. 

Mr. Feliciano is on the path to returning home.
