Success Story

Congratulations, Mr. Jenkins!

Upon his admission to Creekside Terrace,
Mr. Jenkins arrived after a fall at home
that led him to the hospital, where a
cascade of medical challenges unfolded.
He found himself in a state of both
medical and physical instability. Yet, from
the confines of the hospital, Mr. Jenkins
chose to embark on a path of healing
through nursing and rehabilitation at
Creekside Terrace.

With the aid of expert physical and occupational therapy services, alongside top-tier nursing care, Mr. Jenkins triumphed over his trials,
ultimately returning home empowered,
free from the need for assistance or
physical limitations. It was a true privilege
to accompany and witness this kind
gentleman’s remarkable journey of
recovery.
