Success Story

Great perseverance, Mrs. Broemer!

After a serious medical emergency
that affected her breathing, Mrs.
Broemer came to Creekside Terrace
needing a lot of help just to move
around and take care of herself. She
also had some trouble with thinking
and memory. But she was determined to get better. Every morning, she showed up early
at the therapy gym—sometimes even
coming twice in one day.

She worked closely with the physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, pushing herself to get stronger and more independent. All her effort paid off.                Today, Mrs. Broemer is back home and taking
care of herself on her own, and she’s
already looking forward to getting
back to work.
